Before placing your order please read the following Returns and Refund policy:

  • Please inspect all merchandise upon its arrival.
  • In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any of the products or a complete purchase anytime within 15 days after receiving the shipment, if it meets following requirements:

The returned sunglasses or optical frames:

  1. have to be in their original condition
  2. have to be in their original plastic sleeves
  3. have to be in their original packaging
  4. must have all their labels, tags and original case

Please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact us on info@optoprofi.com
  2. Pack the products in their original condition, with all the tags and labels attached, plastic pouches intact. To protect your return from damage in transit, place the items in a sturdy box.
  3. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number and your name.
  4.  Mail the package back to us with a carrier of your choice. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment.
  • Customer returning the product(s) will be responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse .
  • Please allow 8 business days to process Credit Note, we do not Refund.
  • We do not take back products that were included in sales promotions such as ‘special offer’ or ‘clearance’. Those products cannot be sent back or exchanged with other products. Exception are the products damaged in transit.

 

 RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCT(S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • In case of receiving a damaged product(s), you will have 8 days to contact us by email.
  • You will need to take pictures of damaged product(s). Once we receive it, we will check the pictures and get back at you as soon as possible with instructions how to proceed. Please, do not send us back damaged product(s) without consulting with us first.
  • In case of damaged shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to file the claim to the shipping company. Also, make sure to take photos of damaged parcel right upon receiving it and if possible, weigh the parcel before unpacking. In case of any problem with your order, these photos and information will help us inspect the problem. Please do not delay more than three business days to file the claim to the shipping company.
