In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any of the products or a complete purchase anytime within 15 days after receiving the shipment, if it meets following requirements:
The returned sunglasses or optical frames:
- have to be in their original condition
- have to be in their original color assortment
- have to be in their original plastic sleeves
- have to be in their original packaging
- must have all their labels, tags and original case
Customer returning the product(s) will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
Please allow 8 business days to process Credit Note, we do not Refund.
We do not take back products that were included in sales promotions such as ‘special offer’ and/or ‘clearance’. Those products cannot be sent back or exchanged with other products. Exception are the products damaged in transit.
Note: Shipping Fees are non-refundable. For returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCT(S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In case of receiving a damaged product(s), the customer has 8 days to contact us by email. We kindly ask you to take pictures of damaged product(s). Once we receive it, we will check the pictures and get back at you with how to proceed. Please, do not send us back damaged product(s) without consulting with us first.
We will send you a return label and you can ship us back damaged product(s) by regular post office, please do not use an express carrier.
In case of damaged shipment, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. Also, make sure to take photos of damaged parcel right upon receiving it and if possible, weigh the parcel before unpacking. In case of any problem with your order, these photos and information will help us inspect the problem.
Please do not delay more than three business days to file the claim to the shipping company.
